Exact Medicare is a brand of Exact Benefits Group, LLC, a benefits organization that provides Medicare-related information, resources, and access to licensed insurance agents. Exact Medicare is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal government or the federal Medicare program.
2. Eligibility
This Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Site or submit any information through it.
3. Medicare Disclaimer
Exact Medicare is not a government entity and is not affiliated with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or any other government agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. To get information on all of your Medicare options, please visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Contacting us through this Site, submitting your information, or speaking with a licensed agent does not obligate you to enroll in any plan.
4. Licensed Agents
If you request a call, submit a form, or otherwise ask to be contacted through this Site, you may be connected with a licensed insurance agent. Licensed agents who assist you are required to comply with all applicable Medicare marketing guidelines and state insurance regulations.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
