Program Description
Exact Benefits Group, LLC d/b/a Exact Medicare ("Exact Medicare," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with individuals who opt in to receive messages related to enrollment confirmations, application status updates, Medicare plan information, and member support.
- Opt In
When you opt in to this program by submitting your phone number through our website or one of our enrollment forms, we will send you a message confirming your signup. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Exact Medicare. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt Out
You can cancel this service at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up the same way you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.
- Help
If you need help at any time, text HELP to the number you received our message from, or contact us directly at info@exactmedicare.com or 937-817-0289. We will respond with instructions on how to use this service and how to unsubscribe.
- Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age Restriction
This program is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
- Data Use and Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
